Disclaimer
What this website is, what it is not, and what you should not read into it. Last updated 11 September 2026.
Refurbished, not new
Every device sold here is used and refurbished. Nothing on this site is new, factory-sealed, or covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Where a listing shows a struck-through figure, that figure is the original launch MRP of that model — a historical number, not a price anyone is charging today, and not a claim about current market value.
Trade marks and affiliation
Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung, Galaxy, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Redmi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Google, Pixel, Motorola, Nothing, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft and Windows are trade marks of their respective owners. GradeGuard is not an authorised dealer, reseller, repair centre or service provider for any of them, and claims no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Brand and model names are used only to identify what a device is, which is nominative use and nothing more.
Measured values
Laptop battery wear, and drive hours on laptops and desktops, are read from the device’s own reporting at the date of testing. They are accurate as measured on that date, on that unit, with the tools we used. A battery continues to age after it leaves us, and a reading taken months later will be lower. Android phones are listed without a battery figure, because most of them do not report one.
Delivery estimates
The windows on the Shipping & Delivery Policy are the couriers’ committed ranges, not guarantees by us. Weather, strikes, elections, festival volume and government restrictions can push a parcel past them. We pass on whatever the courier tells us, with the scan that shows it.
Guides and articles
Our guides are written to be useful and are researched against primary sources where we can reach them. They are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice, and they can go out of date — a government portal changes, a manufacturer alters a support window. Verify anything that matters to a purchase decision against the official source, and tell us if we have something wrong.
Links and advertising
Links to external sites — CEIR, the National Consumer Helpline, manufacturers — are given for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Advertising appears on our editorial pages only: guides, articles and post archives. There is none on the shop, any product page, the cart, the checkout, order tracking, your account, the order confirmation, or any policy page. Adverts are selected and served by third parties. They are not our recommendations, we do not vet the advertisers, and an advert appearing next to an article is not an endorsement by us of anything in it.
Impersonation
Our only website is shop.swizzwatches.com and our only e-mail address is contact@swizzwatches.com. We do not sell through any other website, app, social account or reseller. We never ask for advance payment, a deposit, a token amount, a “refund processing fee”, an OTP, a UPI collect approval, or card details — this store is cash on delivery only and there is no payment gateway on it. If anyone contacts you claiming to be GradeGuard and asks for money before delivery, it is not us. Tell us so we can report the number.
Errors
We write these pages carefully and we still get things wrong. If a specification, a price or a policy on this site is inaccurate, tell us at contact@swizzwatches.com and we will correct it and say so. Where an obvious pricing error appears, our right to cancel rather than fulfil is set out in clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions.
Nothing here limits your rights
No statement on this page reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our complaint route and the statutory clocks are on the Grievance Redressal page.
