Your orders, your invoices, your tracking numbers and — the one that matters — the IMEI or serial number of the exact device we sent you. That number is your proof of which physical unit you own, and it is what a warranty claim is settled against.

An account is optional. You can check out as a guest and track by order number instead. Creating one takes an e-mail address and a password — we ask for nothing else, and there is no payment method to store because this store is cash on delivery only.
