Sell Your Old Device
Send five photographs and four numbers. You get a firm quote within one working day, and cash across the counter in Lucknow once we have checked the device. No app, no login, no “estimated value” that collapses at inspection.
What we buy
- Smartphones — Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Google, Motorola, Nothing. Up to about 6 years old.
- Laptops — Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI. Up to about 7 years old.
- Desktops and all-in-ones, including branded workstations and complete self-built systems.
- Tablets and iPads.
- Lots. If you are an office replacing 10 or more machines at end of lease, e-mail us — we quote on the batch and collect from your premises.
What we will not buy
- A device you cannot prove is yours. Bring the original invoice or the box with the IMEI, plus a photo ID. No exceptions — a bought-in stolen handset ends the business.
- Anything still signed in to iCloud, Find My, a Samsung account or Google FRP. Sign out first; we cannot buy a device we cannot wipe.
- Devices with a triggered liquid-damage indicator, a bent frame, or cracked front and back glass. We will still quote for parts value, and we will tell you plainly that is what the number is.
How it works
- Send us the details. E-mail contact@swizzwatches.com with the subject “Sell”. Send:
- Exact model and storage — read it off Settings, not the box
- Battery health percentage, and charge cycles if your device shows them
- Whether the display or battery has ever been replaced, and where
- Photographs: front powered on, back, both sides, all four corners, and the Settings screen showing model and battery health
- We quote within one working day. One number, valid for 7 days, with a one-line reason for it.
- Bring it in, or we collect. Walk into the Lucknow shop, or — within Lucknow — we collect from your address free. Outside Lucknow, courier it to us at our cost once the quote is accepted.
- Inspection at the counter takes about 20 minutes and you watch it. We run the same 41-point check we run on stock.
- Cash, immediately. Or UPI, or bank transfer the same day if you prefer.
When the quote changes
Only when the device is not what the photographs and numbers said it was — an undisclosed replaced part, a battery well below the figure you gave, a fault that was not mentioned, a liquid-damage indicator that has gone off. When that happens we show you the finding on the bench, give you a revised number, and you are free to say no and walk out with your device. Nobody is ever pressured into a sale at the counter, and there is no charge for an inspection that ends in a no.
If you couriered it to us and you reject the revised quote, we send it back at our cost.
What affects the price

| Storage capacity | 256GB and above hold value noticeably better than 64GB |
Before you hand it over — do these four things
- Back up everything you want to keep. Once we wipe, it is gone, and we cannot recover it.
- Sign out of iCloud / Find My / Samsung account / Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Sign Out. On Android: remove the Google account, then factory reset.
- Remove your SIM and memory card. We will not post them back if you forget; we will hold them at the counter.
- Factory reset. We wipe again ourselves with a secure erase, but reset it yourself so your data never leaves your hands intact.
Once a device is ours, it is securely wiped before it is tested, and again before it is listed. We do not read, copy or keep anything off a device we buy.
Exchange against a purchase
You can put the quoted value of your old device straight against something from the shop, and pay the difference in cash. Because the website is cash on delivery only, an exchange has to be done at the Lucknow counter or arranged with us by phone first — the checkout has no field for it.
