HP Victus i7-13620H RTX 4050 16GB/512GB (Refurbished)

A refurbished HP Victus with an RTX 4050 — a gaming laptop, which means heat is the thing worth checking and the thing nobody checks. The battery wear figure above was read with powercfg /batteryreport on this machine — design capacity against full charge capacity — not estimated from its age. The cosmetic grade is defined on our published scale rather than left to an adjective.

It is stress-tested for thirty minutes with clocks and temperatures watched throughout, because a machine that throttles hard in ten minutes has dried thermal paste and you would only discover that in month two. The 144Hz panel is verified at its full refresh rate, both fans are listened to under load, and the GPU is run through a benchmark looking for artefacting. Every port is tested with a device actually plugged into it rather than looked at, the keyboard is typed key by key, the hinge is worked through its full range, and the screen is inspected on a mid-grey background — grey shows pressure marks and backlight bleed that white hides. Windows activation is confirmed as a genuine digital licence tied to the board, so it survives a reinstall.
